Terms of Use for Officiantly© Unlimited

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Officiantly© Unlimited (“the Software”), you (“User”) agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and the applicable laws of New Brunswick, Canada. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Unboring Wedding Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for individual data management purposes. This license is for personal use only and does not allow sublicensing, resale, or other unauthorized distributions.

3. User Restrictions

You shall not:

  • Share your login credentials with any other individual. Each account is intended for single-user access only.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as expressly permitted by law.
  • Use the Software for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features of the Software.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Officiantly© Unlimited, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights, remain with Unboring Wedding Inc.. You are granted no ownership rights or claims to the Software beyond the license outlined in these Terms.

5. Updates and Modifications

Unboring Wedding Inc. reserves the right to update or modify the Software or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Software after modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Termination

Unboring Wedding Inc. may terminate your access to the Software if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unboring Wedding Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, to the maximum extent permitted under the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Brunswick, Canada.
