WEBSITE HOSTING SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Website Hosting Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

Service Provider: Unboring!Wedding Inc. and Client: identified in the above registration information.

Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Services Provided

1.1 Unboring!Wedding Inc. agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

a. Website Hosting: Unboring!Wedding Inc. will host the Client's website on its servers.

b. Use of Unboring WordPress Theme: The Client is granted access to and usage of the Unboring WordPress theme.

c. Domain Registration: Unboring!Wedding Inc. will assist the Client in registering and managing the domain name specified by the Client. Client retains ownership and control of their domain and Unboring!Wedding Inc. registers the domain on Client's behalf.

d. Email Service: Unboring!Wedding Inc. will provide one (1) email address and functioning email service via Roundcube related to the Client's domain and that email address.

e. Support: Unboring!Wedding will provide technical support related to the hosting, theme, domain registration, and Roundcube email services specified in this Agreement.

1.2 Unboring!Wedding Inc. is not obligated to provide support for any third-party software or outside applications not explicitly included in this Agreement.

2. Limitation of Liability

2.1 Unboring!Wedding Inc. shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Client, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

2.2 The Client acknowledges and agrees that Unboring!Wedding Inc.'s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services specified in this Agreement.

2.3 Unboring!Wedding Inc. shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the Client beyond those paid for the services outlined in this Agreement.

3. Termination

3.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party if there is a material breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3.2 Client retains ownership of their domain at all times and may transfer it away from Unboring!Wedding Inc. at any time. This will result in termination of all Services specified in this agreement.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

4.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Brunswick, Canada.

4.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Brunswick, Canada.

5. Entire Agreement

5.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
